Our terms and conditions, which may be subject to amendment, apply to all online services. By accessing, browsing and using our website, you acknowledge having read, understood and agreed to them, as described below.
By making a reservation with Hilton Birmingham Metropole, you accept and agree to the cancellation, no show and change policy. Should you may wish to cancel your reservation, please email BHXME.email@example.com with your order number and telephone number.
All cancellation notices must be received by us in writing (post / email) and are not accepted verbally or by telephone. We are unable to accept partial cancellations of an order. If you wish to only cancel certain items, please cancel your whole order, and place a new order via the online site.
Cancellations will be granted free of charge up to 5 days prior to your event. A representative from our Event Admin Team will contact you directly to arrange a full refund. Refunds can only be processed to the same card from which the order was made. Should you wish to cancel your event within 5 days of the event, Hilton Birmingham Metropole reserve the right to deny any refund. Similarly, in the case of No Show by you, Hilton Birmingham Metropole is entitled to retain full payment.
If you wish to amend your reservation, for any reason, please contact the Hotel directly on 0121 780 4242, or email BHXME.firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try to accommodate your changes, and will advise if further charges apply.
Hilton Birmingham Metropole will make every effort to supply you with the items you have ordered through our Pre Order Website. However, in certain circumstances, it may not be possible to provide the exact product you ordered. In that event, Hilton Birmingham Metropole reserve the right to amend the items offered at any time, but commit to providing the closest possible alternative.
Our website permits you to make provisional meeting room bookings. This is subject to confirmation of availability by Hilton Birmingham Metropole. Should Hilton Birmingham Metropole not be able to confirm availability, we will inform the client immediately and seek an appropriate solution. This may be to cancel the booking, change location, or change the reserved date. Please note that if your event is cancelled by Hilton Birmingham Metropole for any reason, a full refund will be offered.
